Re: No Data: Outages, Avg Time, Network Stats, Speed Test Results

I'm sure I don't have to mention it but it might help someone else that finds this post. If/when there seems to be something happening with the Internet, please make sure the agent continues to run non stop. A lot of people see the agent inactive or disaconnected in their dashboard and restart the a...

Re: No Data: Outages, Avg Time, Network Stats, Speed Test Results

Great.
Now, just keep in mind that inactive status do not equate to outages.
There are posts about statuses and notifications in the forums.
The agent will always log outages with the provider once you have any.
Beyond are informational only.

Re: Slow speed tests

Hi,

I'm sorry about this but the new speed test is still in testing. We had started rolling it out but found some problems that we need to solve.
Ping us again about this in a month or so if you've not seen it rolled out or have found any answers.

Re: Slow speed tests

Hi, >I believe we had more stable speed tests from the software agent after that but are still seeing oddly lower hardware agent speed tests. Yes, our hardware agents only have 100Mbps ports. We have tested the idea of selling gigabit port agents but cannot justify the reasoning. Meaning that the id...

Re: curl malformed url

Hi, The hardware agents are great because there is nothing to do, simply connect it, power it up and it's on the job monitoring the Internet connection 24/7. And, they are even self updating. That said, I would strongly suggest looking at the demo, trying the free Windows version, becoming a bit fam...

Hi,

That agent was deleted. Can I assume you got it working then.

Re: curl malformed url

Hi,

Can you share the agent ID so I can look at that too.

A while back, someone had posted something similar, maybe this might help while I wait for your reply.

Re: Target specific servers

Hi Rupert, >is it possible to set specific web pages as targets? I would like to be able to test web site which is up a split-tunneled VPN to see >if an issue is related to the VPN or the local internet. You can monitor a web service if you are able to install an agent on that server. As long as you...

Hi again,

Maybe I am not seeing it but did you share your agent ID?
