Re: Hardware Agent Setup

However, I did just figure out how to actually pinpoint the location we're at. You probably haven't seen the new design then :). We've c...

Re: New-ish Device

Ok, if you want to try this, let's see where it can get. You may have to change some of the commands in the script to match your OS. For example, the command to make sure that curl is installed, etc. Once this is working, you will be able to create an agent ARM in your dashboard, cut/paste the crede...

Re: Hardware Agent Setup

Yes, in some cases, auto fill cannot find the exact address which is why we make the map available to zoom in/out, positioning as needed then double clicking to set the location. We also re-designed it a few days ago to make it more intuitive after getting some feedback. Hope you found it easy to us...

Re: New-ish Device

>I will say that I tried to use wget to download the Arm package directly to the Pi, but the link came back as unauthorized. >Is there a way to enable that download so that we don't have to SFTP or SCP the file over? Yes, it would need to be an authorized download, meaning, from a known account. If ...

Re: New-ish Device

That's great to hear, thank you for sharing this.
We can update the list of devices to include this one too if you feel this is a confirmed report.

Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have any scripts or tips to offer others installing Pi devices that could help.

Re: setup error

Happy to hear you have your new hardware agent.

You should have received an email when you ordered which contains information on how to connect it and activate it to your account.

Maybe you've already done that. Let us know if you have any problems.

Re: setup error

As an update, the Windows developer is working on a fix. We were finally able to isolate the problem and a fix should be out soon. It will be advertised here in the forums. I think I've seen in the news that deliveries are sometimes very backed up right now. Maybe this is especially true to more rur...

Re: Installing Error

You could use a GL-iNet MT300N-V2 for example as we have a firmware version and binary for that device. Maybe look on Amazon or eBay, I'm sure you'd find it there. BTW, the Windows developer is working on a fix. We were finally able to isolate the problem and a fix should be out soon. It will be adv...

Re: Installing Error

If you can order one for a lot less from the UK, support would work with you to get it working with our firmware. Just note that once running our firmware, all ports are locked out to make sure that agents don't get accidentally trashed. In other words, they become a dedicated agent and nothing else...

Re: Installing Error

Hi, Yes, the map is in our list of issues to work on so thanks for mentioning it. This problem has been taking priority. I don't know specifically what the dev noticed in your log compared to others we've seen or maybe had not noticed something until now. We've tested on all versions of Win 7 32/64 ...
